Return Policy?

If you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc) you can send it back to us.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Damaged items must be return together with original box and receipt.


What will I get from return item(s)?

You can choose exchange to another item(s). Top-up the price difference is required for higher priced item, or discount code would be given for next purchase, in the case of lower priced item.


Do I need to pay for postage charges?

Yes. We will issue a discount code worth RM5.00 to cover the postage charge in return. Please allow 7 working days from receiving returned item for this process to be completed. We do not refund shipping charges that customer have paid during first purchase.


How can I return my purchase?

Kindly email your inquiry to customercare@wecomed-global.com with Title “Return Item”. We shall assist you soonest possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To expedite the process, kindly attach picture(s) of your item(s) condition when write in.


How long will it takes?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days upon receiving your returned item(s).
